- We as parents will support a cooperative/team building environment for the band members.
- We as parents will assure that everyone is included.
- We as parents will allow the children to motivate themselves to achievement.
- We as parents will treat all band members as equals.
- We as parents will make allowances for anyone who needs extra time or effort to work on a song.
- We as parents will contribute to the success of this organization in different ways with no one more important than the other.
